Earlier it was difficult to promote a Flash site, as Google robots were unable to read text in flash. Flash can influence your visitors, if it is not much heavy but attractive. You can make your presentation more effective with flash.Most of the people used to avoid Flash as it was a headache to get in SERP quickly with a flash file. You needed to apply so many tact and sometime needed to cut out your flash file for some of the html content to make easy accessibility for Google spiders.
Google was trying to develop the programming of their robots so that it could handle the above situation and now they have reached that level. Now you can use flash presentation in your site and for better presentation the two things are important i.e less time in uploading and should be attractive and informative.

When we talk about On page optimization then the Meta tags will be on top priority which include your meta discritption, meta keywords and some where meta robot.txt tag.
Its about September month when I was reading MATT blog and found that he have posted an article “Google doesn’t use the keywords meta tag in web search“. This article was indicating that the keyword tags which we use on our site doesn’t make any sense for Google.
